Arthur started with the firm in 1955 as a “junior office boy”, becoming the managing accountant in 1968 and a Partner in 1973. Over the years Arthur has accumulated a wealth of knowledge and experience in all tax accounting and business management matters.
The management of deceased estates is one of his specialties.
Away from the office, Arthur is a keen fisherman, an experienced skier fond of the Aspen ski fields, and a passionate Essendon AFL supporter.

Gary began with the firm in 1974, coming from “Delloittes” where he had started as an accountant graduate in 1970. He has a broad knowledge of all tax and accounting matters.
His specialties are
- auditing of all types of entities from the smallest of Clubs to multi $million corporates,
- Corporations Law and Australian accounting standards,
- SMSF accounting and SIS legislation and Regulations.
He is a registered company auditor, and registered SMSF auditor, and registered tax agent.
Away from the office, Gary enjoys golf with a passionate hatred, and likes attending and listening to chamber music performances and live theatre. In earlier years he was a keen cricket player, snow skier of moderate skill, skilled squash and racquetball player.
He shows no favoritism to any AFL football team.

Sam first came to the firm as a work experience student in 1975 and continued to work during his school holidays until he joined us full time on completing his secondary schooling in December 1977.
Sam heads our tax department and has exceptional skills in this area.
His business advice and development experience and skills are also part of his specialty.
Outside the office Sam enjoys playing volleyball, billiards and is a keen Carlton AFL follower.

Arthur commenced with the firm in 1999 and currently advises clients on tax & , business matters. He creates a close relationship with his clients and provides exceptional personal service.
He is a passionate Collingwood AFL supporter & car collectables enthusiast.

Lisa became part of our firm when we took over her busy tax practice in 2009, Lisa commenced her business career as a graduate with Ernst & Young in 1989 leaving to start her own practice in 1992. Specializing in individual & small business taxation her attention to detail ensures client satisfaction. Lisa follows St Kilda.

Carmen has worked in the Tax industry for the past 20 years, this includes; 12 years with the tax office and in personal practice focussing on tax and bookkeeping for the past 8 years. Carmen specialises on individual clients and small businesses. She takes great pride in ensuring client satisfaction and knowing that clients have a better understanding of their tax and bookkeeping obligations.
Enjoys cooking and spoiling office with different cuisines to sample, organising social events for the office and is a keen Geelong supporter!
